Irfan is the global leader for NVIDIA’s Edge Segment business. He is responsible for edge solutions for Accelerated computing hardware and AI software stack. He has 3 decades in edge solutions and infrastructures in SCADA systems, IOT and SaaS from his tenures in Schlumberger, Cisco and now NVIDIA.
Before joining NVIDIA, Irfan led global Sales GTM for Cisco’s Collaboration Software business and directly involved in its transition into Cisco’s largest SaaS asset. Prior to that, he led Customer Success Management for the entire software and services portfolio. He co-founded the global go-to-market for the Internet of Things (IoT) group within Cisco and led sales to grow the business from zero to $1B in 4 years. As part of his responsibilities, he was also a contributing member for the Global Center for Digital Business transformation, in partnership with IMD University and part of the executive steering committee for the IoT World Forum
Prior to these roles, Irfan led artificial lift systems sales, SCADA systems and Alliances for Schlumberger.
Irfan holds an MBA from Pepperdine Graziadio School of business and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from California State University, Long Beach.
