Usman Javaid has been the Chief Products and Marketing Officer of Orange Business since April 2023.
Usman reports to Orange Business CEO, Aliette Mousnier-Lompré, and is, therefore, a member of the Orange Business Executive Board.
A seasoned technology and innovation leader, Usman previously served at Amazon Web Services (AWS) as the Managing Director for Services Delivery across Europe, the Middle East and Africa, where he was responsible for helping customers from the world’s largest enterprises to fast-moving start-ups in accelerating their digital transformation.
Prior to Amazon, Usman held various global leadership roles at Vodafone Group for over 12 years in B2C and B2B functions across strategy, architecture, product management, delivery and operations.
Usman holds a PhD and a master’s degree in computer sciences from the University of Bordeaux and University of Paris respectively. He also attended the London Business School and Imperial College London.
A technology enthusiast, Usman also holds 10 international patents on his name and has written 25+ international publications for reputed scientific journals and conferences.
Usman is married and has 3 children. He is passionate about his 4Cs: Cricket, Cooking, Charities and Children.
