Neal Secher

Neal Secher is the Vice President and Head of Network Services at TD Bank. He has spent his career working at leading firms within the Financial Services industry in both technical and leadership roles. Neal has extensive experience with designing, building, and operating infrastructure for cloud architectures, large-scale data centers, latency-optimized network fabrics, software defined networks, secure business-to-business and Internet perimeters, and collaboration technologies. Neal sits on multiple vendor technical advisory boards and is a frequent speaker at industry events. Previously, Neal has held board positions at the Open Networking User Group (ONUG) and the New York Network Operators Group (NYNOG). He holds a BA from New York University. Prior to joining TD, Neal served as SVP and Head of Networks at State Street Corporation. He previously held the roles of Managing Director and Head of Network Infrastructure Architecture at BNY Mellon, Executive Director and Head of Network Architecture at Morgan Stanley and Senior Vice President and Head of Network Architecture and Engineering for the Systematic Trading Infrastructure group at Citi.
