Derek is the Chief Product Officer and a Vice President of Liberty Latin America. He is responsible for Liberty’s Product Strategy and Development across Consumer and Business – Fixed, Mobile, Managed Network Services, Cloud, and Unified Communications. Derek brings to his position more than two decades of experience in strategy, product, and transformation of critical network infrastructure on behalf of consumer, business, and government customers to enable their growth.
Before Liberty Latin America, Derek spent two decades at companies such as Verizon & CenturyLink, where he held various leadership roles driving large-scale strategy, development, mergers and acquisitions, and product transformations in the United States and across the Globe.
