Bryan Horne

As Vice President of Enterprise Digital Journeys, Bryan is responsible for platform enablement, systems, and application engineering across Lumen’s Sales, Customer Fulfillment, Service Assurance and Network domains.  This spans horizontally across all Enterprise business units; Large Enterprise & Government, Mid-Markets, and Public Sector while vertically aligning across critical functions such as opportunity identification and management, quoting, order entry, design, fulfillment, and assurance.  As part of this role, Bryan is transforming the way Lumen’s customer base views the company by blending operations and technology in every facet of the Enterprise offerings with capabilities such as Automated Product Fulfillment, API enabled CPQ and Order Entry, AI/ML based Lead/Opportunity scoring, API enabled Order Visibility, Lumen Network Digital Twin and Self-Service oriented Assurance.
